Step 1
Mix the oil and butter, coat the pork chops, and place into a heated griddle pan, turn halfway, around 6 minutes each side, until cooked through.

Step 2
Combine the remaining ingredients - runny honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and garlic.
Remove chops from the griddle and coat in the glaze.
Return to the hot pan for a couple of minutes until sticky and caramelized.
Garnish with some curly parsley and serve with your choice. We recommend potatoes, chunky fries, seasonal veg or rice.
