Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Friday: 08:00am – 17:00pm
Saturday: 08:00am – 16:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 16:00pm

UK wide delivery.

We work alongside DPD to safely deliver your orders. You will be able to choose your delivery day and time at the checkout stage. For all orders under £100 a standard next day delivery charge applies.

Standard next day delivery is between the hours of 8am – 6pm and is charged at £12 for all orders under £100.  We also offer the option to pay extra to have your order delivered before 10.30am, before 12.00pm and at a weekend.

Please make sure that your contact details are correct when you check out, as you will receive a confirmation email and text from DPD and regular updates including a 2-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery.  

Account management / what is my wallet?

Your wallet is where you can see what balance you hold with us. If you are credited with a discount, refund, or a voucher; it will be shown in your wallet. The value in your wallet can be spend on anything across our website. You will be given the option to add it as a full or part payment when you check out. You may also add money to your wallet from a registered payment card but please allow 2-3 working days for this to appear in your wallet.  

If you wish to withdraw money from your account, please click the “wallet withdrawal request” button and we will contact you regarding this request. Please allow 3-5 working days for this contact to be made. We cannot guarantee that we will grant a wallet withdrawal request.  

Order amendments

Once your order has been placed you will have until 12pm the day before collection to amend your order. If you have chosen to have your order delivered, then you will have until 12pm two days before delivery, this is due to the shipment being sent with DPD overnight.

If you wish to amend your order due to a change in circumstances or a dietary requirement, after it has been finalised, please contact us. We cannot guarantee that changes will be made although we will assist where we can. Order reductions after you order has been finalised may not be fulfilled or may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a reduction is granted, you will be credited to your Meon Valley Butchers wallet, and this can be used to purchase future goods on our online shop.  

Returns/Refund Policy

We are very sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with your order! 

If you are not happy with any part of your order, for any reason, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit to the value of the item or order. Please call us on 01329 833176 to discuss. If you choose the credit option, this will be credited to your online wallet and may be used to purchase future goods from our website.
