Our Beef is sourced from grass fed Beef herds grazing in the beautiful South Downs National Park. We use traditional breeds such as Angus, Longhorn and Hereford for increased marbling throughout the Beef ensuring a tender and tasty steak or joint. Our beef carcasses are hung for 28 days on the bone in our purpose-built beef hanging fridge. This allows the flavours to mature and the beef to become succulent and tender.
