Description
Our free-range pork tenderloin is the most tender pork cut available and has a distinctive but subtle sweet taste. Try stuffing it with some sausage meat and wrapping it in some of our home cured streaky bacon for a sumptuous meal. It’s incredibly easy to cook, just score the top of the meat and sear in a pre-heated oven at 220C before lowering the temperature and letting it cook through for a further 15 minutes. As it’s a lean cut,it can dry out if overcooked. Cut from free range pork reared on the edge of the South Downs National Park.
