1.      General Information
These terms and conditions govern all Christmas orders placed with Meon Valley Butchers. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

2.      Christmas Deliveries

 Please be aware that our free delivery on orders over £150 does not apply to Christmas deliveries. Fixed delivery charges will be applicable for all Christmas orders, and these fees may vary based on the selected date at checkout.

 Make sure to choose the appropriate delivery option at checkout according to your location. Delivery dates will differ depending on your area. If you are within a 10-mile radius of PO17, please select the local Christmas delivery option. For those outside this range, please choose the nationwide Christmas delivery option. For nationwide deliveries, we are partnering with DPD. You will receive updates on your delivery via email or text from DPD, along with a 2-hour delivery window on the

 

3.      Collection Window

When selecting a Christmas collection, your designated collection window is 2 hours as chosen during the checkout process. Please ensure you are available to collect your order within this timeframe.

 

4.      Modifications to Your Order
If you wish to add or change any items in your Christmas order, please contact our shop directly at 01329 833176. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but this is subject to availability.

 

5.      Order Closure Date
Christmas orders and delivery slots will close online on Friday, 12th December, or when all slots are filled, whichever comes first. We encourage you to place your order early to secure your preferred delivery time.

 

6.      Refunds and Changes
Any changes to your order that require a refund will be processed as store credit or online credit for use against a future order. We may consider cash refunds in extreme cases, at our discretion.

      1. Are there any cooking instructions provided with my order?
Meon Valley Butchers guides are provided for all Turkey and Geese orders

2.      When are you delivering?
Our Christmas range is available for delivery until December 24th, subject to availability of delivery slots and availability of produce. There is no delivery charge on deliveries over £100 up until Friday 20th December. Orders under £100 are subject to our standard charges. Deliveries on the 21st – 24th of December will be subject to a premium delivery charge. Charges are shown on check out.

3.      Click & Collect
Collection is free from our shop in Wickham. With are offering 4 set Christmas collection days from the 21st December until 24th December and will be operating 2-hour collection slots as per previous years. These can be selected on check out.

4.      Can I change my order date or cancel my order?
To amend or cancel any orders, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the dispatch date. Please note that changes may incur delivery charges, depending on the new requested date. These guidelines are in place due to the high volume of orders we’re processing and the availability of products. This policy also helps support our local independent farmers as well as ourselves. We all diligently work to provide fresh meat for our customers during the busy Christmas season, often rearing and preparing items to order. Any cancellations will receive store credit for future use, except in exceptional circumstances.

5.      When is the latest I can place my order?
Our order books are open until Friday 12th December; however, we will always try to assist where possible.

6.      What if I am not happy with my order.
Please inform us as soon as possible after delivery or collection, and we will do our best to resolve your issue promptly. After Christmas, kindly email us at [email protected], and a team member will respond when we reopen.
