Our expert butchers take great care in mincing our grass-fed steak in-house to create a versatile and high-quality beef mince. With less than 5% fat content, our top-quality beef mince is perfect for a diverse range of dishes, from traditional spaghetti Bolognese, warming cottage pie through to spicy Mexican tacos. Our beef is sourced from locally raised, grass-fed cattle in Hampshire and is aged for 28 days to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness.
