Rich and pretty indulgent, pork belly rashers are delicious, succulent and hugely versatile. You may be most familiar with pork belly in its bacon form, however there is a whole lot more to this cut than just the streaky.
Firm, well-flavoured meat with melting fat, topped by a delicate layer of crispy crackling. The cut is juicy and sweet, making belly rashers rather unique. Yummy!
Our Belly Rashers are expertly prepared in store by our highly skilled artisan butchers and are cut from free range pork reared on the edge of the South Downs National Park.
