These meaty baby back ribs have been left plain for you to favour yourself if you wish. Great for the barbeque and smoking!
They are the perfect ribs to cook low and slow not only on the barbeque but in the oven. Both methods will render them meltingly tender but more importantly, packed full of flavour. Alternatively wrap them in foil and bake for an hour to create fall off the bone treat!
If you own a smoker, these ribs are perfect for slow smoking. Slow smoking will produce not only tender meat but delicious flavours.
