Our free range, rolled saddle of Hampshire lamb is specially cut and rolled by our talented in store artisan butchers. This fabulous roasting joint is perfect for a special occasion. Saddle of lamb is a lean and tender cut and is a quick roast which is best served a little pink.
For an extra special treat we also offer our rolled saddle of lamb stuffed with deliciously sweet apricot and almond stuffing.
