I have NEVER encountered such good quality meat! They sent me a variety box, including a whole chicken and that will be my first roast ever... But the sausage rolls, and quality of the meat is absolute tops! So worth it, go... Highly recommended!

Happened to pop in to Wickham today and went into this amazing butchers shop ! The pork pies are OUTSTANDING. Purchased some lovely looking bacon for a treat tomorrow 😋 Wish I had bought more stuff now. Will definitely be back 😋😋😋😋😋😂

I have used this butchers twice now and I must say they have been absolutely amazing. Had a couple of minor issues with the an order and they were 100% all over the issue and had it resolved without question. Their customer service is exemplary. The quality of the orders were fantastic including a huge 6kg prime rib and a rather sizable Christmas order. I will definitely be using Meon Valley for years to come.

Best butchers in Hampshire! Archie is a proper expert Butcher!!! He is clearly passionate and incrediblely knowledgeable about all the cuts of meat and know where all their meat comes from, often local produce. Everytime I've brought from here it always is outstanding quality and if you need any advice on cooking or which cut... They know exactly what works best! Wonderful traditional Butcher's offering the best produce at really good prices. All the staff together make this place stand out above the rest... Other produce like their meat/pork pies and are not to be missed!!!!

I am very happy with my purchase, I ordered 2 steak and guiness pies but unfortunately they only had 1 pie left, so instead of cancelling the order the sent me a family size pie, my father inlaw absolutely loved the pie, plenty of filling and flavour, will be buying again. Thank you again. X

Got a whole pork shoulder for a bonfire party and it was so tender and absolutely delicious. The service is excellent and the whole range of products beautifully prepared and presented.

Ordered 2 bbq boxes, had to update my order to more prior to delivery which they sorted no trouble on the phone. Arrived promptly at 0900 on the day of delivery, brilliant packaging ensuring freshness. Really took all the stress out of it for me. Highly recommend, fantastic service and products. Thank you ????

Quality and excellence all round. It has been impressive to watch Ben take over and develop the business to such a high level. It is a joy to support a local butcher where the meat is of the highest quality and provenance and the staff are so friendly and helpful. A real butcher where butchery skills and knowledge are evident whatever your purchase.

Good quality meat, prepared to customers requests and in some cases they have their own innovative cuts with ideas on how to cook it differently.
The bakery side has delicious pies and lots of pastries/cakes all home made, ideal when one has not time to cook a meal or prepare a dessert.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Their selection and quality of meat is second to none, they will advise and offer up solutions if needs be. We regularly host Pig Roasts at our boating club, with all members giving the hog a huge thumbs up for taste and texture. Well done team

On my last visit I chose some of Michelle’s outstanding pies, pea and ham is favorite, steak and kidney and chicken and mushroom a close second. (other varieties are available). I usually have some in the freezer, when served with a few veggies and potatoes you can have a tasty and substantial meal in less than an hour.
