Sourced from humanely raised, happy pigs allowed to roam freely over lush pastures of the South Downs, our free range smoked back bacon offers incredibly rich, smoky flavour in every bite.

Our master curer dry cures the pork using our own secret recipe of salts , locking in the natural pork essence. Finally, the bacon is smoked over fragrant oak chips in our custom-built smoker, imparting a delightful hint of wood smoke.
